Registration Guidelines for the ILRC & CLRC 2024 Participants
All participants and delegates must register for the conferences in full as per the categories and rates outlined below.
Participants and delegates can register for the ILRC & CLRC 2024 only via the registration facility on this website.
The ILRC/CLRC 2024 conference participants fees are listed below.

Please note For all science conferences with a social programme, the German Aerospace Center is under obligation to split the conference The DLR organizer decided on 06 June 2024 that the Regular Fee will be valid until the deadline of the online registration. The Late Fee has been taken out of the booking system. Those participants who booked the late registration fee (starting from 31.05.2024) will receive in the next days an email from our service provider, with a a credit note and new invoice (regular fee). Last Call to register for ILRC/ CLRC : The online registration is closed. If you failed to complete your online registration, please inform us urgently per e-mail: vmssupport@dlr.de or Petra.Naoum@dlr.de, so that we could coordinate together with our service provider and add the “latecomers of registration” directly into our registration system and send the invoice to the indicated e-mail address. The venue ta.la. provides 416 comfortably furnished guest rooms. All attendees (participants, exhibitors, sponsors and accompanying persons) of the ILRC 2024 / CLRC 2024 conference have the opportunity to book a room at ta.la. |
Terms and Conditions for the ILRC & CLRC 2024 Participants
By registering for the 31st International Laser Radar Conference (ILRC 2024) and in the 22nd Coherent Laser Radar Conference (CLRC 2024) you agree to the participation terms and conditions. If you are registering on behalf of another individual, it is your responsibility to ensure the person participating is aware of these terms and accepts them. By completing the registration on behalf of other individuals you are warranting that you have made the participants aware of these terms and that they have accepted these terms.
Registration is possible only via the registration facility on this website.
In accordance with Art. 13 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU-GDPR), we inform you here about the processing of your personal data.

Web-based APP at the ILRC & CLRC 2024 Conference
A web-based app, with restricting app access to registered conference attendees only (based on their email address), provides all organizational information, e.g. conference programme and social programme, feedback form and all other essential updates as well as the opportunity for a perfect networking.

Payments
The following means of payment are available for participants:
- Bank Transfer
- Payment by credit card (MasterCard and Visa Card)
- Pay Pal
Upon completion of the registration process, an electronic confirmation of the registration will be generated by the system and automatically sent to the e-mail address provided by the user. Please do not send any payments by bank transfer without quoting the invoice number and the participant’s name included in the payment details. Payments without the required reference information cannot be processed.
Your participation can be confirmed only when the registration fees have been paid in full.
Those participants whose participation fees have not been settled by the first day of the event will not be granted the entry.

Cancellation & Refund Policy for the ILRC & CLRC Participants
Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing by e-mail to VMSSupport@dlr.de
Please refer to the following important deadlines for cancellation for the onsite participation:
- Until May 24, 2024: 100% refund minus 50 Euro of the administration fee;
- After May 24, 2024 there will be no refund.
Please note refunds will be made after the 31st International Laser Radar Conference (ILRC 2024) and in the 22nd Coherent Laser Radar Conference (CLRC 2024).
